This aspect notices how we relate with time and how we create space for ourselves... for me that's about time appreciation rather than time management and about creating space in my diary, space in my living areas, space to think and feel. This aspect holds my daily intentions to meditate, contemplate and practice self-warmth and resonant empathy with myself.
